Individual session packages are nonrefundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Four-month coaching programs are billed monthly for four consecutive months.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, financial advice, or legal advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental-health condition, and it is not a replacement for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

If something comes up that is outside the scope of coaching, you may be encouraged or referred to an appropriate licensed professional or other qualified resource. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency or are in immediate danger, contact 911, call or text 988, or seek local emergency support.
